Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Since the dawn of time these elements have been the driving force of our world. They have been worshipped, studied, admired, and even feared. What can be more beautiful than a snow capped peak, or a rose petal dancing in the wind? What can be as awe inspiring as a hurricane? Or as feared as a forest fire? In this lesson we will do a dive into these primal forces to help get a better understanding of their uses in magic.
As defined by the dictionary, “An illusion is a distortion of the senses, which can reveal how the human brain normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation”. Illusions work by adjusting the perceptions of people around you, adjusting the perception of a situation, and by changing the thoughts of an individual.
The Left Hand Path, a path walked with shadows and mystery. Often said to be derived from Satanism and the dreaded “Black Magic”, the Left Hand Path is actually quite the opposite. While it does maintain an aura of mystery and a sense of the forbidden, the Left Hand Path is a very interesting construct of magic, one which gives the freedom of the witch to explore the boundaries of their world. In this lesson we will go over some misconceptions of the Left Hand Path as well as ways it can be used beneficially, hopefully to help shed light on this often misrepresented subject.
Practicing urban magic can be quite confusing and frustrating for some witches. Indeed, we always think of forests, nature, waterfalls, oceans, etc as places that are sacred to the reals of witchcraft, and it is very hard to imagine doing workings in an urban environment.

We have all heard stories of the wicked witch in the woods, the magician who saves the princess, and who but Shakespeare could properly put a name and thought into the sorcerer of storms in his epic The Tempest. Since the dawn of time man has always worked to understand the ways of the world around us. Indeed, there are things we used to know that have been lost to humanity for thousands of years, such as the nature and purpose of Stonehenge and how it was built. One thing that has held on to the swaying nature of public interest, even on the outskirts, is the belief in magic and witchcraft.
Orchids are by far my favorite flower and for many reasons. They are beautiful, easy to purchase (you can usually find full grown orchids at your local florist or supermarket), and come in some of the most dazzling colors in creation. They are also one of the more overlooked magical flowers to use. Below I will go over the uses, care of, and nature of these picky little beauties.
One of the most common forms of magic, and the most fun, weather magic is found around the world in many forms and iterations. While not necessarily difficult, it is indeed an advanced form of magic. Here I will go over the basics of weather magic, how it works, and the difficulties surrounding it.
