Just your average local witch
As a witch, you have a responsibility to yourself to practice your craft the best way you know how. How can you do that when you don't learn yourself how these things work? How can you feel confident in your craft and yourself if you are always looking for validation from others instead of learning the confidence to try something yourself?
So this is going to be a bit personal for me. I think it would be for anyone. When we talk about deities and our relationship to them, we are talking about a sacred part of who we are and our beliefs. We are talking about the part of ourselves that looks for something more, looks for answers, and looks for guidance. It is easy to get swept up into the Witchtok version, where deities seem more like best friends who are always there for you, and while that might work for those individuals, to me deity worship in my practice is a bit different.
So, you want to be a witch. You might be new to the craft, or a self identified “baby witch”. You could be someone looking to see what this is all about. You could even be looking at this from a perspective of someone looking to get back into the craft after years being away.
Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Since the dawn of time these elements have been the driving force of our world. They have been worshipped, studied, admired, and even feared. What can be more beautiful than a snow capped peak, or a rose petal dancing in the wind? What can be as awe inspiring as a hurricane? Or as feared as a forest fire? In this lesson we will do a dive into these primal forces to help get a better understanding of their uses in magic.

As defined by the dictionary, “An illusion is a distortion of the senses, which can reveal how the human brain normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation”. Illusions work by adjusting the perceptions of people around you, adjusting the perception of a situation, and by changing the thoughts of an individual.
The Left Hand Path, a path walked with shadows and mystery. Often said to be derived from Satanism and the dreaded “Black Magic”, the Left Hand Path is actually quite the opposite. While it does maintain an aura of mystery and a sense of the forbidden, the Left Hand Path is a very interesting construct of magic, one which gives the freedom of the witch to explore the boundaries of their world. In this lesson we will go over some misconceptions of the Left Hand Path as well as ways it can be used beneficially, hopefully to help shed light on this often misrepresented subject.
Practicing urban magic can be quite confusing and frustrating for some witches. Indeed, we always think of forests, nature, waterfalls, oceans, etc as places that are sacred to the reals of witchcraft, and it is very hard to imagine doing workings in an urban environment.
This is a fairly simple spell, however is immensely powerful. It is used to bind someone to themselves, a way of removing them from your life to never return. I personally have done this spell on a few people and, years later, they are still not part of my life anymore. This is one I wrote using a spell found in Valerie Worth’s Crones Book of Magical Words.
